Bio
Bardhyl Dobra is currently the Deputy-Minister of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kosova, responsible for administrative reform and digitalization in the government of Republic of Kosova. His academic background includes a bachelor's and master's degree in Applied Economics, and a master’s degree in political science, from the Université de Reims Champagne-Ardenne in France, a year of exchange at Pittsburg State University in the United States, as well as the University of the West of Scotland in the United Kingdom. The topic of his Ph.D. at Ghent University, Belgium, is “Public Administration in Post-Conflict States: the Case of Kosova”. He has several published articles and book chapters addressing topics in the field of administration and public policy in post-conflict states. Before assuming the position of Deputy Minister, he served as Secretary-General of the International Association of Schools and Institutes of Administration (IASIA) and as accreditation officer at the International Institute of Administrative Sciences (IIAS), in Brussels.
