Diogo Pereira,

We are delighted to announce and extend our sincere congratulations to Saud Ghazi’s Alotaibi on his appointment as the new Vice-President for the Middle-East on the Council of Administration (CA) of the International Institute of Administrative Sciences (IIAS). Saud Ghazi’s Alotaibi steps into this esteemed role, succeeding Abulrahman Al-Arifi from Saudi Arabia.

Saud Ghazi’s Alotaibi brings with him a wealth of experience and a dedication to the principles that IIAS stands for. His commitment to advancing administrative sciences in the Middle-East will undoubtedly contribute significantly to the IIAS mission.

We also extend our heartfelt appreciation to Abulrahman Al-Arifi for his invaluable contributions during his tenure as the Vice-President for the Middle-East. Abulrahman's dedication and efforts have left a lasting impact on IIAS, and we thank him for his service and commitment to advancing the goals of the association.

The CA is legally responsible for the acts of the association, making its members instrumental in steering the course of IIAS.
