With more than 600 contributions received, momentum is building for the IASIA 2026 Annual Conference, taking place in Athens from 12 to 16 October 2026. As IASIA prepares to celebrate its 65th anniversary, authors are encouraged to complete their registration by 31 August 2026 to secure their place in the main conference programme.
Under the theme “Rethinking Governance for a Changing World,” IASIA 2026 will bring together scholars, practitioners, policymakers and public administration institutions from around the world to explore how governance and public institutions can respond to technological change, demographic shifts and evolving citizen expectations.
Organized in cooperation with the National Centre for Public Administration and Local Government (EKDDA), the conference programme will feature keynote addresses, Working Group sessions, thematic panels, a dedicated PhD Seminar, special events and networking opportunities.
Only authors who have completed their registration by 31 August 2026 will be included in the main conference programme. Submissions without confirmed registration by this deadline may not be scheduled.
Whether you are contributing to the programme or joining the discussions in Athens, IASIA 2026 offers an opportunity to exchange ideas, strengthen international connections and take part in the conversations shaping the future of public administration.
