Registrations Open for EGPA 2026 Conference in Rome

Diogo Pereira,

Registrations are now open for the 2026 Annual Conference of the European Group for Public Administration (EGPA), which will take place at Sapienza University in Rome, Italy, from August 24 to 27, 2026.

The conference has attracted almost 900 submissions from more than 70 countries across Europe and the world, highlighting the broad international interest in this year’s edition and the continued growth of the EGPA community.

Bringing together scholars, practitioners, and doctoral researchers, the conference will provide a platform for discussions on key issues in public administration through EGPA’s permanent study groups and scientific sessions.

Participants interested in attending the conference are encouraged to complete their registration before the deadline of July 19, 2026. Registration is open not only to authors of accepted submissions, but also to individuals who wish to take part in the discussions, exchange ideas with colleagues from around the world, and engage with the latest developments in public administration research and practice.

The EGPA community looks forward to welcoming participants to Rome for four days of dialogue, networking, and academic exchange in one of Europe’s most historic and vibrant cities.
