The International Institute of Administrative Sciences (IIAS) is pleased to announce the recruitment of Ankita Arya.
Ankita is an education and public policy professional with deep expertise in institutional building, organisational strategy, and education sector reform. She has led several large-scale education and skilling initiatives for the Government of Delhi, India, focusing on employability, entrepreneurship, and inclusive workforce development. During her tenure as a consultant in India, she has supported universities across the country in institutional transformation, risk advisory services, and commercial due diligence, driving strategic change through data-informed planning and stakeholder engagement.
Her work spans institutional restructuring, policy implementation, and the design of sustainable ecosystems. Ankita holds a double master’s degree: an MSc in International and Comparative Education from the University of Glasgow, UK, and an MA in Sociology from the Delhi School of Economics, University of Delhi, India. With a strong commitment to inclusive, equitable, and systems-level reform, she brings a blend of analytical insight and on-ground experience to advancing long-term impact in education and public administration.
