The highly anticipated IIAS-KSG Mombasa Conference 2024, jointly organized by the International Institute of Administrative Sciences (IIAS) and the Kenya School of Government (KSG), commenced today in Mombasa, Kenya. The conference, which started with an array of committee meetings, concluded with the IIAS General Assembly, setting the stage for a transformative discussion on administrative sciences.


The United Nations Department of Economic and Social Affairs (UN DESA) and the International Association of Schools and Institutes of Administration (IASIA) are organizing a Regional Workshop for the Review of the Standards of Excellence for Public Administration Education and Training.  The workshop will take place on February 20, 2023, from 8:30 am to 11:30 am, New York time, and will be conducted in Portuguese.


The European Group for Public Administration (EGPA) is set to host its Annual Conference in Athens, Greece, under the theme "Strengthening Democratic Governance for Better Public Policies and Services."

The International Association of Schools and Institutes of Administration (IASIA) is thrilled to announce the opening of the call for papers and panels for the IASIA 2024 Conference, to be held in Bloemfontein, South Africa, from July 1 to 5, 2024. Under the theme "Alternative Service Delivery and Sustainable Societal Responsiveness," this conference promises to be a dynamic platform for discussing innovative approaches to public governance and administration.


It is with mixed emotions that we bid farewell to two remarkable individuals who have played pivotal roles in the success of the International Review of Administrative Sciences (IRAS) – Andrew Massey, the editor-in-chief since 2013, and Catherine Humblet, the esteemed journal manager since 1983.

The International Association of Schools and Institutes of Administration (IASIA) is excited to announce the commencement of the Call for Nominations for two distinguished awards: the Donald C. Stone Award for Outstanding Contribution to the Advancement and Well-Being of IASIA and The O.P.
